868 - Not the sharpest knife

Not the sharpest knife.

A yobbo, let’s call the boy Steve,
Was a dullard, let’s call him naïve,
When faced with a review
Where a ‘thank you’ would do
Carried on like you wouldn’t believe.

  1. Perhaps you need better cutlery? Why didn't 'Steve' cut it?

  2. Perhaps I should have called him Bruce. An external auditor praised me individually at a meeting when he should have focussed on the group effort. After the meeting I sent an email around the group saying that, that it was all very nice but the group did the work.

Who answered, what they said and who they left out of (or added into) their replies was, let's say, informative. And amusing.

You've come this far - thank you.
Take your time, look around,
There is lots to see.
